About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an SEO Customer Support Specialist. This role will be expected to work in AEST and will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, helping them succeed with our digital marketing tools and SEO solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily scrums to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates
- Test specific product categories within the dashboard and report on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and more
- Communicate with clients on live chat/our virtual office to help solve problems and answer questions
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Lead product demos + customer onboarding calls with clients to ensure a smooth transition
- Discuss product issues with the team to identify solutions and areas for improvement
- Adapt to the role as needed, being flexible and open to new challenges and opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to keep up with a fast-moving team that's constantly building new products and features
- Proven experience in a customer success or client services role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Ability to create engaging and informative training materials, including Loom video tutorials
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed
- Fluent in written + verbal English
