As a Senior Framework Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure systems that support our business-critical applications. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Specialist to join our team in California. As a Senior Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex infrastructure systems that support our business-critical applications. You will work closely with our server farm site supervisor to ensure that our data center infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable. You will also be responsible for leading or participating in high-level technical discussions that span technology and business, and for developing and implementing site-specific tasks strategies, principles, and rules in collaboration with our Corporate Properties Group and other site management partners. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: * Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions that span technology and business * Develop and implement site-specific tasks strategies, principles, and rules in collaboration with our Corporate Properties Group and other site management partners * Design, build, and maintain complex infrastructure systems that support our business-critical applications * Foster and develop particulars for complex foundation frameworks, plan and test solutions * Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical system requirements * Drive solutions for disaster recovery * Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key turns * Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices * Plan complex system upgrades * Resolve complex patterns as they develop * Develop a long-term plan to determine issues and prevent them from recurring * Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome * Collaborate and communicate with peers, partners, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience: * 4 years of experience in infrastructure design and engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * 4 years of experience in data center infrastructure * Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level * Capability with server, storage, compute, and network equipment * Capability with Layer 1 Network Design * Broad knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling, and network) * In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks * Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a 24/7 environment * Ability to lift 50 pounds **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level * Capability with server, storage, compute, and network equipment * Capability with Layer 1 Network Design * Broad knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling, and network) * In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks * Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a 24/7 environment * Ability to lift 50 pounds **Work Environment and Culture** As a Senior Framework Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
