Remote Property Renovation Manager (U.S. Real Estate Flips)

Description: We’re a real estate investment company seeking an experienced Property Renovation Manager to oversee and manage rehab and flip projects remotely across multiple U.S. markets. You’ll be responsible for evaluating properties, creating accurate rehab budgets, coordinating local contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with solid resale appeal. We’re not building luxury homes — we’re building profitable, attractive homes that buyers are happy to move into and that make financial sense for investors. Key Responsibilities Review property inspection reports, photos, and videos to assess repair and renovation needs Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates for each property Bid out and negotiate with local contractors and vendors to achieve profitable pricing Oversee project progress, timelines, and budgets remotely Coordinate with on-site team members or local partners to ensure quality and compliance Track and report on project milestones and costs Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency Qualifications Must be U.S.-based and familiar with regional construction costs and standards 3+ years of experience in property renovation, construction management, or fix-and-flip investing Ability to accurately estimate repair and rehab costs from limited visuals (photos, inspection reports, etc.) Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple projects remotely Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Trello, Podio, or similar) is a plus Who You Are A cost-conscious manager who can balance quality with profitability Resourceful and skilled at sourcing and negotiating with contractors Detail-oriented but able to move projects forward efficiently Comfortable working remotely with multiple teams and markets To Apply Please include: A short introduction and summary of your experience with renovation management or real estate flips Examples of properties or budgets you’ve managed Your availability and preferred working hours (U.S. time zones only) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
