This remote role requires someone based in the United States, ideally near our client hubs: San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or another major metro area.<br><br>Fair warning: This isn't your laid-back recruiting gig. You'll be working in a fast-paced staffing environment where filling roles quickly isn't just preferred-it's expected. But for the right person, this intensity is exactly what makes the job exciting.<br><strong>What You'll Actually Do</strong><br><ul><li>Own entire recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing (yes, ALL of it)</li><li>Get creative in finding new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking (rejection is part of the game)</li><li>Bring hustle energy EVERY day to find candidates and get them in front of clients</li><li>Maintain meticulous records in Recruiterflow (organization matters in chaos)</li><li>Create job postings that actually attract talent</li><li>Submit candidates with all the information decision-makers need</li><li>Guide candidates through the process, making it smooth despite the pace</li><li>Navigate the offer process, including tough salary negotiations</li></ul><strong>What Makes This Challenging</strong><br><ul><li>High-volume recruiting means constant pressure</li><li>Cold outreach requires thick skin and persistence</li><li>Multiple clients with competing priorities will test your organization skills</li><li>Fast-paced environment leaves little room for procrastination</li><li>You'll need to make independent decisions without constant direction</li></ul><br><br>What We Expect<br><ul><li>You've recruited before: at least 6-12 months experience in agency or high-volume tech recruiting</li><li>You're US based able to work PST / EST hours as needed</li><li>You're confident in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean logic, ATS workflows, and email outreach</li><li>You're unafraid of cold emailing and know how to manage rejection</li><li>You have an eye for quality, strong pedigrees, impactful tenure, technical depth</li><li>You can write clean, concise, high-conversion emails and submissions</li><li>You're self-managed and structured in fast-moving environments</li></ul><br>Compensation:<br><ul><li>Location: Remote (US Preferred)</li><li>Contract: $4,000 to $6,000 a month (3-month contract-to-hire) depending on location.</li><li>Conversion: Full-time W2 with base salary, benefits, and commission ($60 - 70K base + 50K OTE - $110-120K Total Comp First Year)</li></ul><strong>Tools: Recruiterflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, Coda, Slack, Calendly</strong><br><strong>Is This For You?</strong><br><br>If reading this made you nervous, good.
