In this contact center role, you'll serve on the front lines of support-helping individuals access critical federal assistance, guiding them through their registration journey, and connecting them with life-changing relief programs. Position Details:
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour
Schedule entails 24/7 shift coverage when activated:
Days: Availability between the hours of 6am - 8pm EST;
Nights: Availability between the hours of 8pm - 6am EST
Overnights and any weekend shift are eligible for +$2/hour (total earning potential $19.75/hour)
Start Date:
This is a standby list to be activated when a natural disaster strikes. When a natural disaster strikes, we will submit our activation list. Everyone on this list will undergo a background check through the Department of Homeland Security. This will take approximately 3-7 days. Once cleared, you will be notified of your start date.
