**Key Responsibilities**
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
* Fostering strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
* Troubleshooting client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions

**Qualifications**
