You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems * Transmit information or documents using a computer * Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print) * Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests * Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness * Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals * Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees * Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings * Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications * Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment * Familiarity with point of sale systems and computer databases * Certification in data entry or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our associates grow and succeed in their careers.
