About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our client success team, responsible for initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our teams to represent one of our esteemed clients, a Business Coach, and engage with their audience to drive sales and growth. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, and closing sales, all while collaborating with our management team to ensure seamless communication and daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours daily)
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales (approximately 2 hours daily)
• Grow organic accounts through creative and engaging content (approximately 2 hours daily)
• Reply to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes daily)
• Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the management team (approximately 30 minutes daily)

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess an Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level of English, as well as a strong desire to earn an income in USD. You'll also require a fully functional desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) is essential, and you must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months) is preferred, but we're looking for individuals who are 100% confident in their English skills and eager to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications:
