We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit, providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, navigating complex communication scenarios, and driving business results. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that customers understand the importance of their vote and the benefits of supporting our clients' management teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our customer service processes and communication strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience.
- Good speaking voice and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of shareholder communications and proxy voting processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
Equipment Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
- USB headsets (no wireless or Bluetooth).
- Dual monitors (optional but beneficial).
- Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload.
