Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Fraud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in responding to account inquiries, providing exceptional service to our merchants and cardholders, and identifying potential fraudulent activity. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
  • Assist with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
  • Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials.
  • Begin to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.

What We Are Looking for in This Role

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule

Preferred qualifications include:

  • One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience
  • Banking, Fraud, and/or Collections experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $15.00 plus a 20% language differential once you begin taking Spanish calls, bringing your total hourly rate to $18.00.
