Job Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls while simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner.
