This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance HRIS solutions, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity. Responsibilities • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for HRIS enhancements and new implementations. • Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements using HRIS capabilities. • Configure, test, and deploy HRIS modules and updates. • Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users. • Develop and deliver training and documentation for HRIS applications. • Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and compliance. • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for system upgrades and integrations. • Stay informed on HRIS trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Skills • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, D365). • Experience with HR functions such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance management. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
