First Division Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Operator Instructor to support training for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) portfolio. This role leads curriculum development, training delivery, and performance assessments for operator level tasks across the MACCS family of systems including CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, and AFATDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and onsite instruction on CAC2S, CTN, and associated systems.
• Prepare students to execute system startup, diagnostics, and employment procedures.
• Assist in developing curriculum content, training test packages, and job aids.
• Maintain professionalism as a representative of the PMO during all training events.
• Travel normally 2 weeks per month.

Requirements

• Completion of a Formal School Instructor Course or equivalent industry recognized program.

• Experience leading curriculum design in a formal military schoolhouse.

• Demonstrated operational experience with Marine Corps tactical data systems.

• Knowledge of military doctrine, sensor netting, and C2 architecture.

• Beneficial if you are a USMC veteran and served in one of the following MOS:

• 7234 – Air Control Electronics Operator (merged into 7236)
• 7236 – Tactical Air Defense Controller
• 7242 – Air Support Operations Operator (merging into 7240)
• 7252 – Air Traffic Controller – Tower
• 7253 – Air Traffic Controller – Radar Arrival/Departure
• 7254 – Air Traffic Controller – Radar Approach
• 7257 – Air Traffic Controller
• 7291 – Senior Air Traffic Controller
• 7202 – Air Command and Control Officer
• 7210 – Air Defense Control Officer (merging into 7209)
• 7240 – Tactical Air Control Operator (new code; absorbs 7242)
• 7208 – Air Support Control Officer (merging into 7209)
• 7209 – Air Command and Control Officer (new consolidated MOS for 7208 & 7210)

• An Active Secret clearance is Required.

• Must be a US citizen. The position will require a U.S. Passport.
