Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation and guides. These materials will support a wide range of users, from technical experts to non-technical AI novices, in understanding and leveraging the Legion platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and Update Documentation: Author and maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as user manuals, API guides, and FAQs, including video content, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest platform updates and features.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the customer success team to collect the necessary information for the documentation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the platform capabilities and user requirements.
• Simplify Technical Details: Translate complex technical jargon into easily understandable content tailored to various audience levels, providing clarity and ensuring that documentation is accessible to all users, regardless of their technical background.
• Understand and Leverage Messaging: Gather requirements from our product marketing team to understand how to position key features and demonstrate how users can derive value from them.
