Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correct errors
  • Organizing information to optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets to facilitate data analysis and reporting
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered or data discrepancies
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and at least 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or a related discipline. You should have a good command of English, excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, perform accurately with adequate speed, and proficient touch-typing skills are also essential.
