• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide expert resume and career development support, empowering students to achieve their career goals.
• Act as a liaison for students, facilitating connections with various departments within blithequark to ensure seamless support and guidance.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for the Student Success Coach role at blithequark, you must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Additionally, we require at least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling. Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, as well as the ability to quickly learn technical skills, is also essential. Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner, are critical for success in this position. A strong customer support focus and attention to detail are also required.
