Learn more at experianplc.com . Job Description This internship is part of the Data Management team and reports to a Development and Operations leader. You will work with senior leaders to research generative AI trends and develop a strategic 3-5 year roadmap for AI adoption across data operations. The team operates in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Responsibilities: • Research GenAI trends, tools, and use cases with a focus on applications in data quality, data operations, and business process automation. • Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with subject matter experts across Data Management to understand existing challenges, opportunities, and priorities. • Draft a 3-5 year GenAI vision statement and strategic roadmap, outlining high-level goals, phased goals, and example use cases for each stage. • Present findings to leadership in a clear format, using visual aids and structured documentation. • Collaborate with team members to gather feedback, refine the roadmap, and package a final deliverable that can serve as a strategic guidepost. Qualifications • Currently pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree • Interest in new technologies, AI and machine learning. • Translate complex ideas into structured summaries or visuals. • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) or GenAI concepts but not required.
