You will also be part of a team of professionals dedicated to creating a unique and enjoyable in-flight experience for our guests.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a thorough understanding of safety, customer service, and emergency procedures. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: Greet passengers onboard and provide assistance to ensure a comfortable and safe flight experience. Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all passengers. Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols. Communicate with passengers regarding any changes in flight plans and announcements. Monitor passengers for any signs of distress or discomfort. Assist passengers with any special needs or requests. Assist passengers with stowing and retrieving personal items. Respond to passenger inquiries and provide general information about the flight. Ensure the cabin is clean and orderly throughout the flight. Report any maintenance issues to the captain and maintenance personnel. Maintain a valid CPR/AED certification.
