WHO YOU ARE • A lover of YouTube content • Someone who enjoys problem solving • A seeker of further education • An excellent collaborator • Someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions • Someone with a positive disposition YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify relevant and high interest/Entertaining topics that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos. • Pitch ideas to the team in weekly creative meetings • Engage in competitive research, watching other channels to understand the landscape • Research and write outline and scripts that yield high retention • Assist in guiding our content strategy as things evolve in the YouTube ecosystem • Work with producers to guide the creative vision with a focus on relevant pacing • Assist with the physical production of shoots to ensure the creative vision comes to life • Review various assets, including graphics and thumbnails • Quality control of final outlines before filming • Give feedback on videos while in the notes phase • Use YouTube Analytics to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed • Maintain several projects at once while effectively managing time and responsibilities • All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS • Great communication • Creative writing • Google Suite • Experienced researcher • YouTube backend • Organized • Must be detail oriented FIRE PERKS • Medical, Dental, and Vision • 401K • Cash Balance Plan • Flexible Time Off • *Starting at $50,000 Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: Location: Dallas, TX Job date: Fri, 09 Sep 2022 02:40:06 GMT Apply for the job now!
