[Remote] Order Processing Data Entry Specialist - Remote Position (Must work based on PST time zone)

This role will assist in maintaining accurate customer or contract records, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and supporting operational efficiency during a high-volume period. Responsibilities • Execute basic order processing tasks in SAP or related systems • Enter and update customer master data accurately and efficiently • Input and maintain contract data in accordance with internal guidelines • Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies • Support documentation and tracking of transactional activities as needed Skills • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a business operations or order management environment • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and/or SAP is strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Quick learner with a proactive and collaborative mindset Company Overview • Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
