What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS system
Share knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper service etiquette.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Process payments accurately and handle transactions with confidence.
Partner with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless and timely service.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sanitizing and resetting tables.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays.
