Are you passionate about creating user-centered designs that solve complex problems? At MedTrainer, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web, mobile, and healthcare software. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and shape the future of healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to define user experiences.
- Design user flows and information architecture diagrams.
- Establish UX patterns and present design solutions to developers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective product solutions.
- Enhance the design system with new guidelines and define component behaviors.
Qualifications
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of experience designing for web, mobile, or healthcare software.
- 5+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or Figma.
- Undergraduate degree in Human/Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or an equivalent combination of training in user experience design or product user-centered disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve product problems effectively through a consistent product portfolio showcasing proficient UX design solutions.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools.
- Expertise in user research, user design, and UX writing.
- Strong understanding of visual communication and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of MVP methodology and frontend concepts.
- Ability to define and document component behavior within a scalable design system.
