<p><strong>Job Title: IBM BPM/ BAW Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Bloomington IL or Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 16+ Months</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>Seeking a highly skilled IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our Application Development Integration Tools team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automated workflows using IBM BAW, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining workflow applications to improve business productivity. The team focuses on integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems which are the core of client's operations. This senior developer role will act as an BAW development subject matter expert with primary responsibilities including designing solutions, translating business requirements, developing, documenting, testing, troubleshooting client’s data environment using our ETL tool sets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p>IBM Integration Designer: Proficiency in using IBM Integration Designer to create Integration logic for invoking and exposing services.</p><p>Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Strong understanding of SOA principles and the ability to design and implement SOA-based solutions.</p><p>Business Process Execution Language (BPEL): Experience in developing BPEL processes using the business process editor in IBM Integration Designer.</p><p>Data Transformation: Skills in defining business objects and creating maps to transform data between different formats.</p><p>Eclipse-Based Development: Familiarity with the Eclipse development environment, as IBM Integration Designer is an Eclipse-based tool.</p><p>Advanced Development: Ability to perform advanced development tasks such as adding Java code, using visual snippets, setting qualifiers, and generating documentation.</p><p>Testing Modules: Experience in unit testing and component testing using the integration test client and test suite editor.</p><p>Build Management: Knowledge of managing builds using the Build Activities view to select specific build activities during automatic or manual builds.</p><p>Module Deployment: Understanding of editing module deployment properties and managing deployment descriptor files.</p><p>Minimum 5 or more years of experience working in a medium or large operating environment supporting IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and BPM applications.</p><p>Minimum 4 years of SQL experience (ability to develop, modify, troubleshoot and optimize complex queries and stored procedures).</p><p>Deep understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling and data mapping design, integration, migration and warehousing.</p><p>Design and Implementation of ETL solutions with effective design and optimized performance, ETL Development with industry standard recommendations for jobs recovery, fail over, logging, alerting mechanisms.</p><p>Preferred development background with Java, J2EE, Database building, SQL scripting and Management: DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, Mapping and Workflow Tools.</p><p>Nice to have: experience developing with MuleSoft.</p><p>Previous experience in the banking and insurance industry preferred.</p>
