As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers, while also contributing to the growth and development of our pharmacy operations. **A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The blithequark Difference** At blithequark, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our customers in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings.
