Job Description and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our partner's customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing personalized support to resolve their issues
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to streaming services, including issues with devices, internet connectivity, and account management
  • Utilizing your knowledge of streaming services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest streaming technologies and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience, with strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working with CRM applications
  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of additional streaming services or technologies, such as gaming consoles or virtual reality devices
