Job Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. You will be working closely with our team to propose new alternatives to identify candidates, identify opportunities for improvement in current processes, and manage job portals. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for open searches
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
• Advanced English level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
