Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualizing and developing designs and layouts Create strong visual designs that cater to a diverse range of tasks and projects Demonstrate adaptable design skills in branding, typography, and packaging Pitch innovative ideas to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and technical standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market insights Proactively solve problems with persistence and intelligence Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with peers and establishing a sense of teamwork Maintain a clean and organized workspace Adhere to all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) Contribute to team collaboration by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: A strong understanding of design principles and print production The ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality Proficiency in typography and design skills Strong branding skills Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior Attention to detail and strong time-management skills The ability to work independently or as part of a team The capacity to accept and apply feedback and criticism Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient Macintosh and bolthires Office skills Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications and Experience A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required. Professional design experience is preferred, and a strong portfolio that showcases your creative skills and experience is essential.
