We're a health services company that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Software Release Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and managing all software releases for our organization. You'll work directly with 20 software development teams to help manage 50-80 user requests per 2-week sprint. Your day-to-day will consist of release planning, management, test environment coordination, and following release standards and processes. You'll be using Excel to help with scheduling and management and working in CAB (Change Advisory Board) for all change management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage all software releases for the organization * Work directly with 20 software development teams to help manage 50-80 user requests per 2-week sprint * Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, and timelines * Coordinate test environments and ensure smooth execution of releases * Follow release standards and processes to ensure quality and efficiency * Use Excel to help with scheduling and management * Work in CAB (Change Advisory Board) for all change management * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases **Essential Qualifications:** * 5 years of experience within IT/software development project coordination * Experience with software release coordination * Experience using Azure DevOps tool for managing software releases * Familiarity with CAB (Change Advisory Board) * Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience: Excel, Outlook, Word * Detail-oriented and process-driven * Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud-based applications and web development * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Experience with release management tools and processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented and process-driven * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Access to training and development programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Competitive salary and benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * Remote work arrangement with core working hours of 8:00-4:30 PST * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Diverse and inclusive company culture * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to training and development programs **How to Apply:** If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for software release coordination, we want to hear from you!
