Pre-Licensing Training Agent - Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Use excellent decision-making skills to resolve consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines.
• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
• Provide support to policyholders with any requested policy changes.
• Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• 6 months of call center experience preferred.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Ability to use Windows operating systems.
• Strong organizational and work prioritization skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a call center environment.
