As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing support through phone calls, and processing payments securely
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by identifying and escalating priority issues
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
* Maintain and improve service quality by analyzing customer feedback and implementing process improvements
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our food ordering app and its features to provide accurate and timely support to customers
* Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and active listening skills
* Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fresh graduates with a strong passion for customer support and a willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
