Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

  • Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as experience in customer service. You should be flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Additionally, you must be computer literate and able to learn our systems and software quickly.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour. Schedule and Work Arrangements

We require a reliable commute or relocation to Manasquan, NJ 08736, and the ability to work on-site during the training period.
