About the Role: Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support during every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service via email, live chat, and phone support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their ecommerce platforms
  • Help customers navigate our services and products, including Printful Store and Startup Vitamins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
