Little Tree Education is a Montessori-based preschool in Bozeman, MT that is dedicated to providing a learning environment in which our children and families feel supported and cared for. Serving children aged three-six, Little Tree Education honors the child's natural desire to learn through imagination and exploration. LTE provides learning experiences that develop and maintain the learning, social, physical and emotional skills necessary for successful school performance in years to come. Our Assistant Teachers help our Lead Teachers with the day-to-day happenings in the classroom. They help guide the children in their lessons, help with snack and lunch preparation and clean-up, and assist with classroom management. The role of our teachers is to act as a caring facilitator to the child's development and learning through individualized teaching and guidance. Our school is open Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:30 and shifts will vary within this time frame. Requirements: All staff must undergo a background check, obtain a CPR/FIRST certification within 30 days of being hired, and complete a set of online trainings within 90 days of being hired.
