Job Overview

The Lock Desk Specialist role is a critical component of our Mortgage Lending Operations, focusing on supporting the Lock Desk Manager in processing rate lock, change, and extension requests. • Collaboration and Implementation: Work closely with the Mortgage Department Team to implement system changes, test new processes, and enhance process flows.
• Support and Inquiry Management: Assist with system, product, and procedural inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders have the information they need to perform their roles effectively.
• Pipeline Monitoring: Monitor pipeline locks and collaborate with sales and operations teams to determine necessary actions, ensuring that our mortgage lending operations run smoothly and efficiently.
