Job Overview

The Investigation Representative will be responsible for supporting sellers, associates, and management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. As a key liaison between different stakeholders, you will resolve issues created by sellers accurately and in a timely manner. Your exceptional analytical skills, ability to understand requirements, and drive for seller experience without compromising on time will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching, querying internal tools, and making real-time decisions.
  • Conduct assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
  • Facilitate the flow of information, report progress, and identify blockers and provide resolutions.
  • Insist on high standards by effective deep dive to summarize findings and propose solutions, identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interaction with stakeholders.

The ROW IB team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations, and is responsible for providing a hassle-free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centers. The team plans freight delivery, performs rescue operations, and manages contingency operations. As a member of this team, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative group that is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduated from a recognized university with at least 1 year of work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in the English language.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and understand issues.
  • Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser, and excellent typing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate websites.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in the English language.
