Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

  • Multimedia Production & Management: Lead the end‑to‑end creation of video, audio, and interactive training assets, from concept and script development through filming, editing, and post‑production.
  • Regulatory Compliance Assurance: Ensure all training media meets FAA, TSA, DOT, and other relevant aviation authority guidelines, maintaining rigorous documentation for audits.
  • Technology Platform Stewardship: Administer and troubleshoot the learning management system (LMS), digital asset repository, and supplemental training platforms used by the Inflight Training organization.
  • Vendor & IT Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with internal IT, external vendors, and third‑party service providers for hardware, software, and equipment procurement and support.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed production schedules, track milestones, and manage resource allocation to meet tight delivery timelines.

Essential Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on video production and training content creation, preferably within aviation, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of video editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), motion graphics (After Effects), and audio post‑production tools.
