Key Responsibilities

• Answer client requests promptly to accelerate their cloud journey
• Build a stronger AWS leads database by engaging with clients via phone, email, and live chat

• Support leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding of blithequark's services and unique differentiators with significant client use cases
• Through nurturing efforts, create higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or client engagement roles *OR* relevant educational background

• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
• A technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS
