Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports to your supervisor, detailing the outcomes of your calls and any areas for improvement
• Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and team members
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and quality control processes
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Highly motivated and self-starting, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent phone, computer, and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating effectively with customers and employees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and explain clearly
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
• Experience with Email Mail Merge is helpful, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and submit reports
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
