Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work autonomously, be self-directed, and demonstrate excellent written English skills. Your ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve exceptional results for our clients
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients through our project management system, ensuring timely and effective responses to their queries
  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies, including setup, optimization, and management of Adword and Shopping campaigns
  • Provide administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Design engaging graphics using Canva or similar platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity
  • Prepare reports, proofread and edit SEO blogs, and assist with lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with our team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a willingness to help out wherever needed

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and experience communicating with English-speaking employers or clients
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of ad campaign management and optimization techniques
  • Google Ads experience, with Google Certification preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience working independently, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems in place
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing graphics

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices, with experience proofreading and editing SEO blogs
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Basecamp, and time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
  • Google Analytics certification, with experience analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies
