Develop and implement creative and engaging social media content strategies that align with Whirlpool's brand image and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to continuously improve content and drive audience engagement. Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and technologies to inform content strategy and execution. Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and drive brand awareness. Maintain a strong understanding of Whirlpool's products, services, and industry to accurately represent the brand on social media. Take initiative to continuously research and propose new and innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns. Adhere to social media guidelines and best practices to ensure brand consistency and compliance. Monitor and report on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement. Manage social media content calendar and ensure timely and accurate posting. Work with customer service team to address any customer concerns or issues raised on social media.
