As a Disney Destinations Communications Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our global Sales, Services & Events team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective communication strategies for various U.S. based Disney Destinations. This internship offers a unique blend of graphic design, writing, and operational expertise, allowing you to grow professionally and personally in a remote work environment.Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:- Supporting internal and third-party client communication initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective message delivery.
- Assisting with local Cast engagement efforts and social media content creation, fostering a sense of community and excitement around Disney Destinations.
- Distributing day-to-day operational updates and messages, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies under the guidance of our Sales Communication Manager, driving results-oriented initiatives that meet our business objectives.
- Designing engaging visuals for digital signage, presentations, and Cast recognition initiatives, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
- Conducting photography for print and electronic communications, capturing the essence of Disney Destinations and its magical experiences.
- Managing communication distribution needs, including print collateral and intranet updates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical information.
- Crafting creative social media content for Disney Travel Professional platforms, amplifying our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience.
Requirements
