Video Editor & Social Content Creator (TikTok + Instagram)

We’re looking for a talented video editor who understands what makes content perform. You’ll take existing footage, UGC, or raw ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram. You’ll also help concept, film, and test new video ideas designed to educate, entertain, and drive product sales. What You’ll Do: • Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that feel native to each platform — sharp pacing, clean captions, strong hooks. • Film UGC-style content and new concepts — quick talking clips, product demos, or day-in-the-life videos. • Research what’s trending: hooks, sounds, captions, and creative angles that make people stop and buy. • Develop and test different messaging angles (problem-solution, testimonial, lifestyle, educational, etc.) for each product. • Review analytics to see which videos perform best and iterate based on learnings. • Stay plugged into social trends in beauty, skincare, and wellness. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience editing and producing social videos (please include links). • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats and trends. • Comfortable both editing and filming your own content. • Creative eye for storylines that educate and sell without feeling “ad-like.” • Bonus: Experience with DTC or beauty brands. • Tools: CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.
