Key Responsibilities
• Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding car rental experiences
• Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and standards of service
• Input data accurately into company systems and coordinate with field operations for customer service issues
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care environment or inside sales
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Must maintain a distraction-free work environment for remote work
