Job Description Call Center Representatives - Kettering, OH Shift: Must be available 1st and 2nd shift Pay: $11.75/Hour Length: 6-7 week project TRAINING STARTS IN APRIL 2016! Kelly Services is searching for Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to work at one of our TOP CLIENTS in Kettering! These are call center roles and experience in a call center is preferred but we will consider general customer service experience as long as you can communicate effectively and have pleasant, professional phone manner. One must also be willing to and able to handle customer inquiries and escalations on credit card accounts. This position is seasonal (6-7 weeks or longer) and the pay is $11.75/hour. Please note: THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL WORK AT HOME OPPORTUNITY! You are required to commute to Kettering daily. Interested candidates must be able to train on 1st shift (9am-6pm) for 1 week and be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift as you will not be assigned a schedule until after the 1st week of training is completed. You must also be willing to work 1 weekend day and holidays if there's a business need. Qualifications Eligibility Requirements: • 18 years or older. • MUST have a HS diploma or GED. • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and fingerprinting (no cost to you). • Excellent PC Skills, including navigating multiple applications & experience with Microsoft Office. • Ability to handle confidential and often sensitive information.
