**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our supporters and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism
* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries
* Focusing on optimising supporter retention and engagement
* Logging all customer interactions in the system for future reference
* Working closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise
* Providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions
* Upholding the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions
**The Successful Applicant**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on your feet
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools

We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £14 - £17, as well as a temporary assignment that will continue until the end of March 2025. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, attending the office once a week in King's Cross.
