This is your opportunity to shape how thousands of users engage with transformative systems and processes across geographies and functions.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyze global training needs and design scalable training strategies, curricula, and performance support materials to ensure long-term adoption and effectiveness</li><li>Lead the creation and execution of training project plans (L1–L3), ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality</li><li>Oversee training implementation for global systems, including ERP and supporting applications, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, trainer assignments, and delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions</li><li>Manage role mapping activities and partner with security and application teams to ensure timely access for end users</li><li>Collaborate with change management leads to drive engagement and reinforce learning through Learning Lab strategies</li><li>Lead cross-divisional teams to deliver training without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment</li><li>Present training strategies and progress updates to stakeholders, creating enthusiasm and ensuring end-user participation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>What You Will Need<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in training, change management, or project management</li><li>Experience managing complex projects</li><li>Proficiency in virtual learning methods (eLearning, webinars, videos)</li><li>Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master’s degree</li><li>Experience designing and delivering training programs for system implementation projects</li><li>Experience with ERP system implementation and global application deployment projects</li><li>Experience supporting international projects<br><br></li></ul>$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
