We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our members and providers. **Job Summary** As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the single point of contact for our members and providers, providing caring and knowledgeable assistance to resolve internal and external inquiries. You will work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility * Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries * Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions * Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries **Skills and Qualifications** * Fluency in Mandarin and English * 2+ years of experience in call center support or customer service * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the dental insurance and benefits industry * Knowledge of dental terminology and concepts * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $20-$23 per hour * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
