As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and collecting and documenting claim details.
