Your Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in meeting our company sales goals by making our company known, selling our products, and getting prospects influenced by the Branch. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals.
  • Appropriately applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building rapport with clients and prospects to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

General Requirements (Our Ideal Candidate)

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following qualities:
  • Experience in sales and collections, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth and development.
  • Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business.
  • High School diploma or College preferred, with a strong emphasis on education and continuous learning.
