Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners * Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues * Providing expert-level service in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year) * Effective completion of onboarding training * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
